Teresa

Veterinary technician at Apple Tree Cove since 2005, Teresa was licensed in Washington State in 2001. She has been working in the animal related field since 1993.

Outside the pet medical center, Teresa enjoys obedience training with her dog Scooter, trail riding and going to gaming shows with her three horses named Robin, Duff, and TNT, as well as natural horsemanship and training. She also has an 8 year old Oci-cat mix named Wazzu.

Teresa's husband Bill is an ocean surveyor, and together they enjoy boating and motorcycling.



Shana

Shana

Native to the Bremerton - Silverdale area, Shana attended Central Kitsap High School. After completing high school, she attended Olympic Community College and received her Associates Degree in Biology in 1996. She continued her college education and was awarded her B.S. Degree in Biology from Seattle Pacific University in 2000 and her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology from Pierce College.

A member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians of America, Shana 's interests and hobbies include reading, singing, photography, scrapbooking and helping out with the youth group at Heritage Foursquare Church in Port Orchard. She also enjoys the companionship of her four-legged friends - a dog named Samantha and 4 cats named George, Mischief, Cobweb and Peasblossom.

Careese

Careese

Native to Hansville, Careese is currently enrolled as a student at Olympic College. A veterinary assistant at Apple Tree Cove since 1999, she has received several certificates in veterinary technology courses from Cedar Valley College in Dallas, TX.

Careese enjoys horseback riding, hiking, photography and spending time with her friends, family and pets. Her pets include 3 dogs, 2 cats and a 12 year-old cockatiel named Kirby.


Rhonda

Rhonda

Native to Poulsbo, Rhonda has been employed in the pet health care field since 1984. Now a certified veterinary technician, Rhonda first worked as a customer service representative at Pet Medical Center from 2005 to 2007. Rhonda attended Steilacoom Community College and received her Associates Degree in Animal Health Technology in 1984.

Rhonda enjoys camping, working outdoors, crocheting, cross-stitch and quilting. Married to Max, who works at the Puget Sound Navel Shipyard, they have twin daughters and numerous pets. Their pets include two Maltese named Snowbelle and Kelly Jo Buttercup, four cats named Dora, Billy, Dalton and Suzie, two quarter horses named Buttons and Scooter, a Welsh pony named Star, two rabbits named Easter and Lilly and two cockatiels.
