Joann, originally from Corpus Cristi, Texas, resided in Colorado for more than two decades, graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Throughout her life, she has raised two remarkable children and is now delighted to have a grandson. Joann dedicated her career to working with special needs children aged from birth to three years old. 

Currently, she finds fulfillment in her role at Apple Tree Cove Animal Hospital, striving to create a welcoming environment for pets and their families. In her free time, Joann enjoys hiking in the mountains, strolling along the beach, participating in a book club, and exploring new crafts. A sociable individual, she values connecting with others and remains open to learning new things.
