Neal, originally from Dallas, Texas, is a graduate of the University of Texas with an MBA in finance.  Neal relocated to Kingston with his husband to enjoy the beautiful scenery and all the activities the PNW has to offer.  Neal enjoys meeting new people and hearing all the great stories people share about their pets.
